Warehouse Direct Furniture showcases products fulfilled and delivered by Wayfair. When you place an order through our website, your item is shipped directly from Wayfair's warehouses using their nationwide carrier network.
Small Parcel Deliveries
Many items-such as decor, small furniture, and accessories-ship through major carriers like FedEx. These deliveries typically do not require a signature and are left at your door or a protected area near your entrance.

Large Item Delivery

Available Delivery Options
- Curbside Drop‑Off: Item is unloaded at the curb outside your home.
- Front Door Delivery: Placed outside your front door, porch, or garage.
- Inside Entryway Delivery: Brought just inside your main entrance.
- Backyard Delivery: Outdoor items placed in an accessible backyard area.
- Room‑of‑Choice Delivery: Delivered to any room you choose.
- Full‑Service Delivery: Includes room placement, assembly, and packaging removal.
For large items, the local delivery agent will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window once the shipment reaches your area.
Shipping Costs
Most items qualify for free shipping. When shipping fees apply, they will be shown clearly in your cart before checkout.
- Orders under $35 may include a small shipping fee.
- Some oversized items may default to Full‑Service Delivery.
- Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
- P.O. boxes and military APO addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
After placing an order, you will receive email and/or SMS updates from Wayfair. You can track your shipment at any time through your Wayfair account under My Orders.
For FedEx shipments, additional delivery options may be available through FedEx Delivery Manager, including:
- Hold at a FedEx location
- Change delivery day
- Redirect to another address
- Request a delivery window
Large‑item deliveries can be rescheduled through your Wayfair tracking page until early morning on the day of delivery.
Updating Shipping Details

- In transit (small parcel): Some changes may be available through FedEx.

Storage Holds for Large Items
Wayfair's delivery partners can hold large items for up to 15 days if you need extra time before receiving delivery. After that window, the item will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
