Overview

Warehouse Direct Furniture showcases products fulfilled and shipped by Wayfair. When you place an order through our website, your return will be processed through Wayfair's return system. Below is a clear overview of how returns work, what items qualify, and how refunds are issued.

General Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original, undamaged condition. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you may use a similar-sized box. Items delivered disassembled should be returned in the same condition.

Some items may be marked as non-returnable on the product page. These items are not eligible for return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Open Box or Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or made-to-order products
• Bundled items unless the entire bundle is returned
• Live plants
• Swatches
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, propane tanks)
• Items marked "Non-Returnable" at checkout

Mattress Returns

Most mattresses include a 100-night trial. If you're not satisfied within that period, you may request a return. Refunds to the original payment method may include a small processing fee. Store credit refunds may be available depending on the payment method used.

Mattress toppers, crib mattresses, air mattresses, and open-box mattresses follow different return rules and may not qualify for the 100-night trial.

Large Appliance Returns

Large appliances can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they have not been installed and are still in original packaging.

Before installation, please:

• Inspect the box for damage
• Verify the model number matches your order
• Check the appliance for visible damage

Once installed, large appliances are no longer eligible for return.

Holiday Return Extensions

Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 qualify for an extended return window through January 31 of the following year. (Large appliances are excluded.)

How to Start a Return

All returns are initiated through your Wayfair account:

1. Visit My Orders in your Wayfair account.
2. Select the item you wish to return.
3. Choose your return method and refund preference.

You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and any required return labels.

Return Methods

Depending on the item, you may have one or more of the following options:

• Carrier Drop-Off: Bring the item to a designated FedEx location.
• Carrier Pickup: A carrier picks up the item from your home.
• Large Item Pickup: Freight carriers retrieve oversized items from your entryway, front door, backyard, or room of choice.
• Store Drop-Off: Some items may be returned at select Wayfair retail locations.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping fees. These fees vary based on item size, weight, and location, and will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise noted.

Delivery fees or service charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and processed at the Wayfair Returns Center. Refund timing varies:

• Store credit: Typically within 24 hours
• Original payment method: Usually 3-5 business days, but may take up to 2 weeks

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, you can report the issue through your Wayfair account under My Orders. Wayfair will assist with replacements, parts, or return options depending on the situation.
